Treatment for obstructive sleep apnoea
Sleep apnea is a sleep disorder characterized by repeated pauses in breathing or shallow breaths during sleep. These pauses in breathing can occur dozens or even hundreds of times per night and can last for seconds or even minutes. Sleep apnea can lead to poor quality sleep and can have negative effects on overall health.

Treatment for sleep apnea may include lifestyle changes such as weight loss and exercise, positional therapy, continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy, oral appliances, and surgery in some cases. It is important to seek medical attention if you suspect you may have sleep apnea, as untreated sleep apnea can lead to serious health consequences such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.
